The CITEC CT 2510 series temperature probes are designed for general use in the food, cheese-making and curing fields. They suit measurements in gaseous and liquid media.
These probes have a class B Pt 100 sensing element housed in a stainless steel tube. The straight or angled handle, according to the model, lets the probe be used for penetration.
