All PCR tubes are made of polypropylene (PP), making them suitable for a wide range of PCR experiments, including quantitative PCR. The ultra-thin tube wall with uniform thickness improves heat transfer and precise temperature control, delivering the best results. The standard tube format matches mainstream PCR machines such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf and Bio-Rad.
