The absence of crevices and the mirror polish ensure maximum hygiene. Building the gauge and the seal as one reduces the internal volume, which cuts errors caused by thermal drift. The cases can be filled with damping liquid to limit the effects of the harshest operating conditions. Their construction is designed to withstand the high pressures and pulsations of a homogenising system. A snubber is built in to protect the measuring instrument. The complete assembly includes the mounting flange.
