The probe body is PVDF or PP, the seal FKM and the cable FEP. The device works on the hydrostatic pressure principle. The probe is lowered by its cable to the bottom of the tank. Immersed in the liquid, the sensor delivers a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the immersion depth.
