It is also designed for use in small silos holding granulates such as sand or other products. Model K1520: measurement of liquids and of solids such as gravel or stones. Model K1530: measurement of liquids and of solids such as powders or granulates. The series 1500 80 GHz 2-wire level transmitter is made for simple applications with liquids and solids, according to the model. Its PVDF lens antenna and compact housing make it particularly suited to confined spaces, as well as to difficult processes and outdoor applications where a high degree of robustness is required. It has a Bluetooth® interface, which gives wireless access to the transmitter for convenient configuration and service diagnostics from standard mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. TBM (Tank Bottom Management) allows tanks to be commissioned quickly and easily, whatever their size, material or shape.
