Its design keeps it performing whatever the conditions, making it the ideal solution for flow measurement in demanding environments. Unlike other systems, this flowmeter is unaffected by the pressure, temperature or viscosity of the fluid, which gives a reliable and stable measurement in every circumstance. Based on Faraday's law, it accurately measures the velocity of a conductive fluid flowing through a magnetic field. It needs a minimum conductivity of only 5 μS/cm. Its sturdy construction, together with a lightning protection system, ensures a long service life and safe use. Measurement is bidirectional and the signal can be transmitted in analog or frequency form according to the model. Its digital display gives all the essential information in real time: instantaneous and totalised flow, flow velocity, configurable alarms, data history. In addition, an empty-pipe detection electrode provides continuous monitoring. If there is no fluid, an alarm is triggered automatically to protect the installation. Two versions are offered, with a compact transmitter or a remote transmitter.
